How to Integrate Delhivery to your Aasaan Store

Setting up Your Delhivery Account

STEP 1:
Visit Delhivery's website at cl.delhivery.com and click on Register Now.

Enter your e-mail ID, mobile number and password. Click on Create Account.

STEP 3:
Enter the OTPs. Once your mobile number and email ID are verified, click on Continue.

STEP 4:
Now Delhivery will ask you how you want to ship. Choose Business and Company. Then select Domestic Shipping as the service type.

Click on Continue.

STEP 5:
Upload your GST details.

STEP 6:
Now, if you offer COD payments, you need to enter your bank details so that your COD payments get remitted to your bank account.

You can also choose to skip this step by clicking on Skip and Submit.

STEP 7:
Click on Accept to accept Delhivery's terms and conditions.

STEP 8:
Once your account is activated and you get your username and password, login to your Delhivery account and click on Go to Dashboard.

Click on the profile button in the top right corner.

STEP 10:
Go to the pickup points section and click on Add New.

STEP 11:
Add and save your pickup address here.

STEP 12:
Once you have added your pickup address, go back to your profile, scroll down and click on Get Live Token.

STEP 13:
Click on Proceed. The live API keys will be sent to your registered email ID.

Integrating Delhivery to your Aasaan Store

STEP 1:
Login to your Aasaan and install Delhivery from the app market. Click here to learn how to install apps from your app market.
STEP 2:
Click on Business.

Click on Delhivery.

Enter your Access Token and Pickup Address ID and click on Verify.

You have successfully linked your Delhivery account to your Aasaan store.

Important notes:
1. If you receive an order, it will go to your Delhivery dashboard
once you change your order status to "Accepted".
2. In the beginning, please make sure your Delhivery wallet has enough balance,
otherwise the first few orders won't show up on the dashboard.
3. As always, remember to enable the Shipping Integration feature
for all your products and add the product weight in the product details page.
4. If the customer is choosing Cash on Delivery as a payment method,
he will have to pay a higher shipping charge(roughly 30-40 rupees more)
than if he were paying online.
