How to Add an Announcement Bar to your Website

With aasaan, you can now add an announcement bar to the top of your website and have it say anything you like. For example, you might want to talk about some discount which you are running.
Here's how you do it:
STEP 1:
Log in to the desktop version of your aasaan app and click on Website Settings.

STEP 2:
Click on Create Template. This will create a new template for your website homepage.
STEP 3:
Click on the "Plus" icon on the right.
STEP 4:
Click on Static.
STEP 5:
Click on Announcement Bar.
STEP 6:
Enter your desired text in the field provided.
STEP 7:
After you enter your text, click on Styles.
Here you can choose the background and text color.
You can either choose a colour on the palette or enter the color code.
STEP 8:
Click on Visibility.
STEP 9:
Make sure the visibility is enabled for the announcement bar. Then click on Save.
Click on Publish to publish your announcement bar to your website.
This is how your announcement bar will look on your website.
