How to Manage Product Reviews

In aasaan, you can manage reviews left by customers on your website. You can approve them, reply to them, and mark them as trash or spam. The steps for managing your reviews settings are as follows:

STEP 1:
Login to your aasaan desktop admin panel and click on Manage.
STEP 2:
Click on Reviews Setting.
STEP 3:
Here you can click the toggle to enable your reviews setting. Enabling it will automatically approve any review you get. Here we will keep it disabled. This will mark all new reviews as pending.
STEP 4:
Click on Reviews to manage the reviews you have received
You can view your reviews here. You can see the status of all of them is "Pending".
STEP 6:
Go to a review you wish to mark as approved and click on Approve.
You will see that the review status is now approved.
STEP 7:
To reply to a review, click on Reply.
STEP 8:
Enter your reply in the text field provided and click on Save.
Your reply to the review has been saved.
STEP 9:
To mark a review as spam, go to that review and click on Spam.
Your review has been marked as spam.
STEP 10:
To mark a review as trash, go to that review and click on Trash.
Your review has been marked as trash.
You can view how many reviews are marked as approved, spam and trash in the tabs above.
