These coupons will apply to your entire store. Here is how you do it.
STEP 1:
Log in to your aasaan desktop admin panel, and click on Coupons.
STEP 2:
Click on +New.
STEP 3:
Enter the coupon name and the discount code your customers will have to enter.
Note: Discount codes are case-sensitive. For example, DUMMY1 and Dummy1 will be considered different discount codes.
STEP 4:
Choose your coupon type. In this guide, we will click on % Discount and offer a percentage-based discount coupon.
Note: The steps that follow are the same even if you choose to create a fixed price Discount.
STEP 5:
Enter the discount value, and choose the scope of the coupon. You need to decide whether the coupon applies to a specific categories, specific products, or the customer's entire order. In this guide we will create a coupon for the Entire Order. After that set the minimum order value on which the coupon applies. Here we are choosing a minimum order value of 1000.
STEP 6:
Enable the toggle to set the total number of times the coupon can be used by your customers.
Here we will set the total number of uses to 100.
Note: If you prefer, you can disable the toggle so that there is no limit on the number of uses.
STEP 8:
Choose the coupon's duration. Click on Valid From to select the start date and Valid To to select the end date.
Upon clicking Valid From or Valid To, a calendar opens up where you can select your start and end dates.
STEP 9:
Click on Save once you're satisfied with your coupon.
STEP 10:
Your new coupon is created. Click on Share if you want to promote it on social media, or Not Now if you prefer not to.
Your coupon is now visible.
Your customers can now apply the coupon during checkout.
