Richpanel helps you provide effortless Customer Service for Ecommerce brands. You can automatically resolve common questions, eliminate manual tasks, and save your time with a CRM built for ecommerce. You can easily integrate Richpanel with your aasaan store. The steps are as follows:
Note: Make sure to install Richpanel from the aasaan app market. Click here to learn how to install apps from your app market.
STEP 1:
Login to your Richpanel account and click on Settings.
STEP 2:
Click on Your Integrations.
STEP 3:
Click on Other(Custom).
STEP 4:
Click on your website URL which you entered during signup.
STEP 5:
Copy the API key shown.
STEP 6:
Go to your installed Richpanel app in aasaan. Enter the API key from step 5 and click on Verify.
You have successfully added Richpanel chat to your website.
