LiveChat provides Chatbot and helpdesk solutions for businesses so that they can manage customer interactions and boost satisfaction. You can easily set up LiveChat on your aasaan store. The steps for doing so are as follows:
Note: Make sure to install LiveChat from the app market. Click here to learn how to install apps from your app market.
STEP 1:
Login to your LiveChat account and click on Settings.
STEP 2:
Copy the License ID shown.
STEP 3:
Go to your installed LiveChat app in aasaan. Enter the License ID and click on Verify.
LiveChat should be successfully installed on your website.
