How to Integrate iThink Logistics to Your Store

iThink Logistics is an AI-based logistics aggregator. When you sign up, you can sell, ship, and track with ease by choosing multiple courier partners through one single shipping platform. They reach over 26000 pincodes and 180 countries. You can integrate iThink Logistics to your aasaan store in a few minutes and migrate your order information to your shipping dashboard in just one click. The steps to integrate iThink to your store are as follows:

STEP 1:
Login to your iThink Logistics dashboard and click on your profile name at the top right corner.

In the drop down menu, click on Account Settings.

STEP 2:
Click on API Key.

STEP 3:
Copy the API and Secret keys.

STEP 4:
Click on Warehouse Address.

STEP 5:
Copy your Warehouse ID.

STEP 6:
Go to your installed iThink Logistics app in aasaan. Enter the Access Token(API key from step 3), Client Secret(Secret key from step 3) and Pickup Address ID(warehouse ID from step 5). Choose the delivery type as domestic and click on Verify.

Your iThink Logistics account will be successfully connected. The status should say Active.

Important notes:
- 1.If you receive an order, it will go to your iThink Logistics dashboard once you change your order status to "Accepted".
- 2.In the beginning, please make sure your wallet has enough balance, otherwise the first few orders won't show up on the dashboard.
- 3.As always, remember to enable the Shipping Integration feature for all your products and add the product weight in the product details page.
- 4.If the customer is choosing Cash on Delivery as a payment method, he will have to pay a higher shipping charge(roughly 30-40 rupees more) than if he were paying online.
